General Information
If you’re looking to improve your individual lacrosse skills, have fun and meet new friends , then the best thing you can do is attend the ASLC Lacrosse Training Camp. Our lacrosse camps are geared to lax players of all ability levels from experienced players to beginners. Our four-day LAX camps provide lacrosse players with lacrosse training from our expert coaches – while also stressing the importance of developing leadership skills and being a good sport. With a commitment to provide individualized development, you’re sure to develop a newfound confidence and passion for the sport of lacrosse!

Pre-Registration Required. This program is for High School Boys and Girls. Limited space available and all athletes must provide their own equipment to participate. Make sure to register using the athletes name for roster purposes.

Little Scoopers
Little scoopers is designed specifically for those early on in the developmental process. Typically, young future all stars (ages 4-7) participate in learning to pass, catch, scoop, and most importantly to have fun. The program has a variety of formats, however the end goal is always the same, to grow the game and have fun.

Format: Pre Season Round Robin Tournament (no score is kept)
Game Details: Two 12-minute halves and a 5-minute halftime, 1 timeout per game
Note: Teams must supply own numbered Jerseys and or pennies
Game Time: Per Schedule (Games start every 45 minutes)

An annual event as we kick start the spring season, the MillTown Scrimmagefest showcases programs from all over the area in a quick game format to expose new athletes to the game, and to help coaches learn who as potential to make an impact during the upcoming season. It is a great day of fun and comradery among local coaches and athletes. The Tournament is officially full and schedule is below for 2024.

Coaching for the Appalachian States Lacrosse Program is a fantastic opportunity to give back to your community and make a difference. From volunteer to paid positions (based on exp and need) the ASL is seeking only the best and those with a vision to grow the game and grow the athletes therein.
